Media Collab Shoot Agreement

Creator must note that this is not your shoot, and that you are not shooting as yourself/your own media name. You are shoot for Short Pro Media (SPM) to help deliver content. The client is SPM’s client and not your own, so you should not speak to the client about any business related things. All questions asked by the client should be redirected to me, SPM.

Creator will have the option to either:

• Edit and turned in all edited media via a google drive link or drop box link no later than 48 to 72 hours after the shoot.

• Hand over the unedited media via a transfer after the shoot.

If the creator is shooting photos of a team, no less than 150 edited photos are needed. If creator is shooting for a player, no less than 50 photos are needed.

Once the content has been delivered, the creator will get paid.

Creator can keep their content for their personal use and can post on social media after SPM has made the initial post, but will need to either tag SPM or collaborate with SPM on each post related to this shoot.

Creator can not distribute media to SPM’s clients. All requests should be redirected to me, SPM.
